Jess Haven
Jess Haven has been writing professionally since she was old enough to drink, but she misspent most of her early adulthood crafting everything except fiction.
These days, when she isn’t writing mysteries or talking to her cat, you can find her getting lost in a forest preserve, scorching a new recipe, boggling her friends with slightly inappropriate and overly obscure puns, or snagging the last slice of peanut butter pie. She’s grateful that her family doesn’t mind conversational gambits like “How long can a human survive without sugar?” and “What’s a good name for a chicken?”
Jess loves hearing from readers. Feel free to send her a note at Jess@JessHaven.com.

You’ll also receive my monthly newsletter, filled with writerly nuggets and random distractions research that I definitely needed in order to write my books.
If the cookbook sounds great but your inbox can’t take one more newsletter, no problem! You can unsubscribe any time.
